The Bundt Cake Boutique – A celebration cake

A Bundt cake, known in Europe as a celebration cake, is very distinct in its shape and texture. Dense and moist, this high cake is the perfect treat for any gathering. Nermine Helmi is behind this homegrown bakery, specialized in Bundt cakes.

Her idea is to spread happiness through food and fresh, seasonal ingredients. For the winter months, Helmi recommends pumpkin, ginger/pomegranate or orange cake drizzled with Lindt dark chocolate. Check out The Bundt Cake Boutique for the entire selection, also available at select markets in Cairo. Orders should be made with a minimum of 24/48 hours.

Jardim Brazil – A taste of Brazil

It was about time that the Brazilian bakery-style, known as “padaria” made it to Cairo. The first Brazilian bakery – Jardim Brazil provides a wide variety of authentic Brazilian specialties along with its famous café.

The bakery’s wide selection of savory finger food is displayed on a warm counter, where you can also find a good selection of gourmet sweets. The idea behind the bakery is that you grab a bite on the go, along with your favorite blended café.

Jardim Brazil has a very casual setup, a long counter and a few high chairs, while you wait for your order.
