Taboon’s Shawarma Sandwich Shawarma Sandwich

Meat seasoning
• 0.5 kg meat steak
• 2 cups vinegar
• 1 cup water
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 3 cloves cardamom
• Salt and black pepper

For the sandwich filling
• 0.5 kg chopped onion
• 2 chopped tomatoes
• 0.5 cup chopped parsley
• Arabic bread

Soak the meat with vinegar, water, cardamom, garlic, pepper and black pepper overnight in the refrigerator. Drain the beef, and sauté it in a hot pan with three tablespoons of oil. When cooked, remove from the heat, add the fresh tomato and parsley and use it to fill the Arabic bread.
