Olive oil to taste
Zaatar mixed with roasted sesame and sumac
Feta cheese
Finely chopped tomatoes
Slices of Italian bread loaf


Preheat oven to 250 °C

Mix the feta cheese, zaatar mix and olive oil in a bowl. Place Italian bread on a medium baking sheet and bake for approximately 10 minutes. Spread the mix on the bread and top with chopped tomatoes.
