This Lebanese salad (Tabbouleh) never gets old because it complements any dish you serve it with and is an instant refreshment to your palate. Learn how to make it at home with just a few steps.
Ingredients:
- 300 g parsley, finely chopped
- 200 g tomatoes, finely diced
- 50 g onions, finely chopped
- 5 gm diced mint
- 10 gm bulgur wheat
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Place the finely chopped vegetables in a bowl. Create a mixture of the salt, pepper, lemon, olive oil and bulgur, then mix gently with the vegetables.
Serve Tabbouleh immediately.
