It’s empathetic and a bit tragic, with a plot built around socio-economic conditions and race relations in the 1950s.

The ordinary day for New York subway dispatcher turns upside down when a gang of 4 armed men hijack the train and demand $10 million within an hour from a mayor or they’ll start shooting hostages. Need I say more? Pass the popcorn, please?
