PRIME THE CANVAS
Gently scrub your lips with a scrub to remove any dead skin cells, then hydrate with a lip balm. Make sure to blot the extra grease after application.
CREATE THE BASE
Dab a little concealer to smooth out the base and to create the right foundation for your color. Outline and fill in your lips with a lip-liner lighter than your chosen lipstick shade to prevent bleeding and to make your lipstick last longer.
APPLY, BLOT & SEAL
Apply your lipstick and blot with thin tissue, keep the tissue on your lips. Take some loose powder and apply on your lips through the tissue in order to seal the color. Swipe one last coat of lipstick over the powder for a finishing touch!
