TV Addicts, rejoice! To keep you plugged into what is premiering every month, we put together a monthly list of new TV series set to air! We’ve added a description and a trailer for each show, so all you have to do is choose what sounds good and start streaming!

all american: Season 2

When a star high school football player from South Central is recruited to play for Beverly Hills High School, two separate worlds collide.

Almost Family

A woman who grew up as an only child discovers that her dad fathered many other children as a sperm donor.

Kate Kane, armed with a passion for social justice and a flair for speaking her mind, soars onto the streets of Gotham as Batwoman, an out lesbian and highly trained street fighter primed to snuff out the failing city’s criminal resurgence. But don’t call her a hero yet. In a city desperate for a savior, Kate must overcome her own demons before embracing the call to be Gotham’s symbol of hope.

big mouth: season 4

The series follows a group of 7th graders, including best friends Nick Birch and Andrew Glouberman, as they navigate their way through puberty with struggles like: masturbation, and sexual arousal all in the suburbs of New York City. Acting as over sexualized shoulder angels are the hormone monsters: Maurice (who pesters Andrew and occasionally Nick and Jay) and Connie—the hormone monstress (who pesters Jessi and Nick and occasionally Missy). Throughout the series, the kids interact with people and objects who are often personified and offer helpful, albeit confusing, advice in their puberty-filled lives including the ghost of Duke Ellington, a French accented Statue of Liberty, a pillow capable of getting pregnant, and even Jessi’s own genitals.

black lightning: season 3

High school principal Jefferson Pierce, who retired from his superhero persona Black Lightning nine years ago after seeing the effects it had on his family, is forced to become a vigilante again when the rise of the local gang called The 100 led by Tobias Whale leads to increased crime and corruption in his community of Freeland.

charmed: season 2

Charmed: Season 2 starts with a mysterious hooded foe attacks. The Charmed Ones who escape through a portal while Harry (Rupert Evans) has an unnerving encounter with the villain. The girls land in a secret location where they uncover more about the mystical world of The Elders… and community workspaces.

finding your roots: Season 6

The sixth season of FINDING YOUR ROOTS features 27 fascinating new guests who are game-changers in their fields, with family histories that illustrate the power and diversity of the human experience.

goliath: season 3

Billy Bob Thornton is back on the case in Goliath, and Amazon Prime Video just release a trailer for Season 3. This time he’s taking on “the biggest law firms in the state, representing one of the wealthiest men in the country.”

legacies: Season 2

Legacies will be bringing back a very familiar face for season 2, as Freya Mikaelson pays a visit. Riley Voelkel, who starred as Freya for four seasons of The Originals, is guest starring in the sixth episode of the new season.

Mr. robot: season 4

The series follows Elliot Alderson, a young man living in New York City, who works at the cyber security company Allsafe as a cybersecurity engineer. Constantly struggling with social anxiety, dissociative identity disorder and clinical depression, Elliot’s thought process seems heavily influenced by paranoia and delusion. He connects to people by hacking them, which often leads him to act as a cyber-vigilante. He is recruited by a mysterious insurrectionary anarchist known as Mr. Robot and joins his team of hacktivists known as fsociety. One of their missions is to cancel all consumer debt by destroying the data of one of the largest corporations in the world, E Corp (which Elliot perceives as Evil Corp), which also happens to be Allsafe’s biggest client.

After 18-year-old Nancy Drew’s college plans are put on hold, she finds herself involved in a ghostly mystery when she and her four friends are witnesses (and suspects) to a murder, and team up to find the person responsible.

Raising Dion

Raising Dion follows the story of a woman named Nicole Reese, who raises her son Dion after the death of her husband Mark. The normal dramas of raising a son as a single mom are amplified when Dion starts to manifest several magical, superhero-like abilities. Nicole must now keep her son’s gifts secret with the help of Mark’s best friend Pat, and protect Dion from antagonists out to exploit him while figuring out the origin of his abilities.

Riverdale: Season 4

Camila Mendes as Veronica Lodge: A former wealthy socialite from New York City who moves to Riverdale and becomes friends with Archie, Betty, and Jughead. Madelaine Petsch as Cheryl Blossom: A wealthy, entitled, and manipulative girl who is a classmate of Archie and his friends.

rotten: Season 2

Rotten, a documentary series exploring corruption in the food world, returns to Netflix for its second season on October 4. The first series offered a sobering look at the garlic, poultry, cod, honey, milk, and peanut industries. This time around, the series will cover six new topics.

Supergirl: Season 5

Kara Zor-El was sent to Earth from Krypton as a 13-year-old by her parents Zor-El and Alura. Krypton was exploding, and Kara’s parents sent Kara in a spacecraft to Earth after her cousin. Kara was meant to protect her infant cousin Kal-El, but her spacecraft was knocked off course and forced into the Phantom Zone, where it stayed for 24 years. By the time the spacecraft crash landed on Earth, Kal-El had grown up and become Superman. The series begins eleven years later when the now 24-year-old Kara is learning to embrace her powers and has adopted the superheroic alias “Supergirl”.

supernatural: Season 15

The colossal cliffhanger of Season 14 saw the angered Chuck/God’s (Rob Benedict) apparent heel turn, in which he – after Sam, Dean and Castiel refused – killed Jack before having a celestial tantrum that unleashed the literal gates of Hell, freeing an array of evil souls back to Earth.

super monsters: season 3

Welcome to Pitchfork Pines Preschool. Where the children of the world´s famous (and not so famous) monsters come to learn to be the best people, and the best monsters, they can be. Drac, Cleo, Lobo, Katya, Zoe, Frankie, Spike and Vida are preschoolers with dual identities – They´re humans in the day and monsters after dark. That´s why this preschool starts each day at the end of day – because when the sun sets these little preschoolers shimmer with magic and giggle in delight as they transform into SUPER MONSTERS!

The blacklist: season 7

Following the startling revelation that Raymond “Red” Reddington (James Spader) isn’t who he says he is, Elizabeth Keen (Megan Boone) is torn between the relationship she’s developed with the man assumed to be her father and her desire to get to the bottom of years of secrets and lies. Meanwhile, Red leads Liz and the FBI to some of the most strange and dangerous criminals yet, growing his empire and eliminating rivals in the process. All throughout, Liz and Red engage in an uneasy cat-and-mouse game in which lines will be crossed and the truth will be revealed.

the flash: Season 6

The season follows Barry, a crime scene investigator with superhuman speed who fights criminals, including others who have also gained superhuman abilities. It is set in the Arrowverse, sharing continuity with the other television series of the universe, and is a spin-off of Arrow.

The Walking Dead: season 10

The Walking Dead tells the story of the months and years that follow after a zombie apocalypse. It follows a group of survivors, led by former police officer Rick Grimes, who travel in search of a safe and secure home.
