Located on the North coast, MS Residence was created to re-interpret the essence of the Mediterranean beach life within a home. The heart of the house is sculpted by naturally lit sandy courts, bringing the joyful beach life into the house. The uniqueness of the space emerges from the bare grey concrete ceiling carried on white walls, accentuated by the red bougainvillea, natural walnut wood, light wire mesh and an eccentric shade of yellow.
It’s not an ordinary house; it’s a volume floating on water. The landscape breaks the limits of being on land, it is shaped by articulating spaces floating on water. Once you walk towards the sea, you are on a floating outdoor terrace. The terrace, dining, bar, chaise lounge deck, and sunken seating are island spaces within a vast pool, giving birth to interesting multiple pools around each zone overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean.
