Taking vision, skill, empathy and a distinctive design flair to another level, this recently completed summer home by Coca Ezzat of Coca Interiors captures the brief impeccably. Located in Almaza Bay on the beautiful coastal area of Marsa Matrouh, the stunning home is bright, airy and inviting.

The clients were looking for a summer home to accommodate and meet the needs of a family with different age groups. The house had to resonate with and reflect the vibes of summer and feel light and natural. The usage of neutral colors and natural materials was the main core of the design. Coca Interiors

Unique features play a role in creating a subtle impact, such as the staircase massing to create an experiential journey, complemented by natural materials such as stones, bamboo, wood, and the addition of a layer of greenery with lights. Coca Interiors

Coca InteriorsAnother feature was the play of the wall colors by adding overlapping geometric-shaped layers of different shades of the same base color.

The use of wood in ceiling beams with a coastal white wash finish, wall cladding, and partitions convey a seaside mood, with textured paint finishes as an accent wall adding another layer of texture to the feel. Coca Interiors
