We wouldn’t hesitate to delve into the interesting antipasti. They sound fresh and light, leaving space for pasta and more to follow. On a summer evening, we might opt for a salad, with the Chicken Couscous begging to be tried. We are tempted by the combination of chicken, shrimp, red pepper, cherry tomatoes and baby citronette leaves on a bed of couscous, and probably wouldn’t pass up on the Carpaccio Di Manzo, with Parmesan, rocca, mustard and a light vinaigrette.
We wouldn’t miss out on pasta either, with plenty to choose from. Our top picks would be Penne Vodka & Salmon and Ravioli Seafood, with return visits to work our way through the rest!
