Mo’s Green Salad

Ingredients:

Arugula

Lettuce

Endive

Dressing: 

100g Dijon mustard

150g virgin olive oil

50g apple vinegar

Preparation:

Please carefully washed and torn salad greens in a large bowl. Emulsify the dressing ingredients, pour over salad and gently toss in by hand. Arrange in your favorite bowl, and enjoy.
