Lebanese Diner’s Fattoush Salad

Ingredients:

150 g romaine lettuce
150 g tomato
150 g cucumber
50 g parsley
50 g bell peppers
5 g mint
25 g radish
20 g onion
25 g toasted Arabic bread

Sauce:

5 g pomegranate syrup
40 g special Fattoush sauce (Extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and a little finely chopped garlic)
1 g sumac

Preparation:

Cut the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, mixed bell peppers and onions into medium bite-size pieces.

Chop the parsley finely.

Cut the radish into thin slices.

Mix all ingredients in the bowl.

Drizzle Fattoush sauce and the pomegranate sauce on top of the salad.
