Koshari
Ingredients:
(per portion)
- 15 g onion (finely sliced and fried
until slightly crispy)
- 25 g black lentils
- 50 g spaghetti
- 50 g macaroni
- 25 g chickpeas
- 50 g white rice
- 30 g tomato sauce (home-made)
- 15 ml corn oil
- 5 ml vinegar
- 5 g salt
- 5 g cumin
- 10 g chilli powder
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 g black pepper
Preparation:
Separately boil the rice, macaroni, lentils, spaghetti and chickpeas and keep to one side. Lightly fry the garlic and add vinegar, cumin and salt. Add the chilli pepper to the homemade tomato sauce. Mix the spaghetti, macaroni, rice, lentils and chickpeas, and then top with the spicy tomato sauce and fried onions. Add the garlic and vinegar sauce to taste.
