Cairo – 17 September 2017 – As part of Emirates NBD Egypt’s effort to expand in the Egyptian Banking market and its commitment to providing the best retail banking services to customers wherever they are, the bank has recently opened two new branches in Rehab City in New Cairo and Sudan Street in Mohandesin.
The two new branches offer all services at the highest level, including an electronic queuing system and a comfortable waiting area for customers equipped with displays and sound system. They also feature a fully equipped Priority Lounge with meeting room for Priority clients, in addition to the latest interactive banking technology recently introduced by Emirates NBD, which includes Interactive Voice Response (IVR).
Frederic de Melker, Head of Retail Banking and Wealth Management at Emirates NBD Egypt, said: “The opening of the two new branches is part of the bank’s ambitious expansion plan in Egypt, which is not merely limited to opening more branches, but also developing these branches and providing the latest banking technology for customers. The bank has succeeded in becoming a leader in interactive banking services that ensure meeting customers’ needs 24 hours every day of week.”
The two newest branches offer the highest service level across various banking services. While the Sudan Street branch is larger and more spacious than the Rehab City branch, both branches feature high-tech equipment for the best electronic banking services, safe deposit boxes for customers, and efficient and expert bankers.
