INGREDIENTS:
• 80g of Oats
• 60g Granola
• 100ml skimmed milk
• 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
• 150g of Homemade Greek
Yoghurt
• 1 teaspoon of ground coffee
• 1/2 banana or strawberry
(sliced)
• Handful of raw almonds
METHOD:
In a 390ml glass jar or bowl, layer the ingredients in order and enjoy a hearty snack!
