Starting with a deliciously cooked duck salad, chargrilled grey mullet, and pigeon clear consommé followed by an oven-baked baby chicken wrapped in papyrus and salted crust served with chicken cereal in red pepper sauce as a main course and ending it right with delicate date tartlet dessert.
