This year the red carpet witnessed some interesting looks that wowed the crowd. The quarantine seems to have given everyone time to prepare their outfits and pick thoughtfully and we are thankful. Here are some of the trends we’ve brought you straight from the Gouna Film Festival 2020 red carpet.
Black Gowns
Long black gowns were the trend on the red carpet this year. Starting with Basma’s beautiful tight fitted black velvet dress to Tara’s dramatic long-sleeved lace dress and many more.
Tails and Capes
Dresses with tails conquered the red carpet. We saw huge puffy tails, feathery tails and long flowy tails. We especially loved Huda el Mufti‘s cute outfit.
Suits
Chick, funky, sequins, colorful and plain suits paired up with fun accessories like belts, sunglasses, clutches or belt bags and beautiful heels. We are in love!
Daring Colors
Red, hot pink, green, purple, yellow and fuchsia dresses with different patterns and styles caught us by surprise with some coming out very elegant and others not so much.
White Elegance
White looks great on the red carpet, it has been proven very much this year with a few amazing white long, short and cute dresses.
