Hailing from Minori – a small town along the Amalfi Coast – and visiting from Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, Italian Paolo Silvestri, Lead Bartender at Hendricks Bar, will be joining us for a spectacular night of cocktails at The First Bar on Tuesday, August 6th alongside Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence and the First Nile Boat’s mixologists.
Curating his very own signature cocktail menu for the event, Paolo will be bringing his signature culinary flair to the crafted menu. Serving up to four different locally inspired cocktails including “Cairo Sunrise” made up of dark rum, grapefruit cordial and coffee bitter.
Joining our guest mixologist are some of Cairo’s most discerning crowds invited to sample Paolo’s exclusive cocktail menu for a night of cocktails, fun and flavourful bites.
Paolo Silvestri is an award-winning bartender who became enamored with bartending by watching the bar men work with a variety of unusual spirits to create new flavours. After spending his free time learning the classic concoctions and mixology methods, his career skyrocketed and not long after Four Seasons came calling and Paolo has been here ever since.

Cairo Sunrise: Dark Rum, Grapefruit Cordial, Orange Marmalade, Coffee bitter
All or Nothing at All: Hibiscus Vodka, Mixed Berries Horchata, Egg White and Soda Water
Pinky Paloma: Grapefruit Gin, Pink Grapefruit Juice, Lemon Juice, Tonic
Fond Memories: Chivas, Punt e Mes. Caramel Syrup, Egg White
