- Combine a ripe avocado with ½ a cup of coconut milk, a tablespoon of olive oil and a tablespoon of honey
- Mash the avocado then blend with the remaining ingredients until smooth
- Apply this mask to dry or damp hair and massage into your scalp
- Leave in for up to half an hour then rinse well
Banana & Milk masks for dry hair
- Place a very ripened banana, enough full fat milk to blend, a tablespoon of honey and a tablespoon of almond oil in a blender and blend until smooth
- The mixture should be runny but thick enough to hold to your hair
